A May 2026 reviewer who explicitly had not hired the company alleged dangerous driving on Route 291 and abusive language when calling the trailer’s phone number. That complaint concerns driving and telephone conduct.
Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to hire this gentleman, he instead decided to drive horribly, nearly causing multiple accidents on 291. I called the phone number on his trailer, and was subsequently called every name in the book. I did not say anything, other then requesting to speak to level one remodeling. Very unprofessional. Btw, you won the race ro the stoplight. Woohoo!!
I hired Joe and his crew to gut and remodel my bathroom after he did 2 bathrooms in my daughter’s house which came out beautifully! This Co. Is beyond reliable trustworthy and talented. Joe, the boss will always keep the communication lines opened at all times. and it was a pleasure to have him and his crew and my home my bathroom came out gorgeous. I love it and I will be hiring Joe again for my kitchen. Highly recommend this company.
My wife is starting off the new year with gratitude for her new home library 🥹📚✨. This is everything she could have wanted and now our favorite spot in my house. The shiplap. The fireplace. The rolling ladder. Mike at Level One Remodeling did not miss one detail! Not a single one. His ideas added so much to her design and his completion of the project had her in literal tears. If you need ANYTHING, and I mean anything, done in your home…call this man. He is a master of his craft, so very professional, punctual, and just a joy to have working in your home. Thank you, Mike, for yet again bringing her vision to life.
As soon as my husband met Mike for our initial consultation he knew he was the guy for our job. His honest and knowledgeable suggestions for our bathroom remodel were very appreciated in a world wrought with price gouging. Mike was prompt, dependable, skilled, and just an overall pleasure to work with. Even after we asked him to do a few things he hadn’t done before he made sure our needs were met and never hesitated to make our bathroom exactly what we had dreamed. Mike’s efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you!! I will let the before and after photos speak for themselves. I cannot possibly recommend him highly enough! We have subsequently used him for other jobs in our home and will continue to do so. You should too!
Mike did outstanding job tiling a backsplash adding a pot filler faucet over the stove and completely remodeling the bathroom, new floor in bathroom, living room, and kitchen as well. .our house was built in the 1800's so a lot of things had to be custom fit. Were extremely happy with the job and highly recommend him!
