Levesque Construction LLC

Levesque Construction is a Methuen-based remodeling outfit run by Steve Levesque, working kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and whole-home projects — the kind of contractor who takes on a full room rebuild rather than just a single fixture. Permit records show 33 projects across Methuen, Danvers, Lowell, Peabody and Easton, mixing residential remodels with light commercial fit-outs. The one written review on file, from December 2021, describes a kitchen and bathroom remodel plus a rebuild of two bedroom closets, calling Steve's work meticulous and the company "very honest and hard working." There's no other customer account to weigh it against. BuildZoom lists Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license CS-090705 and Home Improvement Contractor license #146392 as active, plus an out-of-state Rhode Island contractor license the same page separately marks inactive. With just one detailed review behind an otherwise substantial permit history, it's worth asking for a couple of recent references before signing on for a larger project.
