We contracted with Lucas Ficadori Piassa to complete a bathroom remodeling job for which we paid him a 50% advance ($2,275) for which we had a signed contract. He did some minimal work and never completed the contracted work, in spite of repeated calls and text messages to either complete the work or refund the deposit. At this stage after nearly four months we realize that we have lost nearly $2000 and are not going to get it back. This contractor is unreliable and should not be trusted with any work whatsoever.
They are great!.At first I was a little unsure about their simplicity. But then I loved the work, the attention they gave me, the work turned out exactly how I wanted it. I want to thank the carpenter Rafael, who is great. I only have praise to leave
