Lg Contracting Inc

Lg Contracting Inc is a Methuen remodeler that works at house scale: kitchens, baths, basements, whole-home remodels and additions, with Joseph R Luis listed as its owner. The permits behind that spread across the region rather than the neighbourhood — Haverhill in 2020, Needham in 2021, Waltham and Brookline in 2022, Needham Heights in 2023 — and all five are single- or two-family residential: kitchen and bath remodels, roofing, decking, a portico. BuildZoom's activity panel puts one recent project in the $100,000 to $250,000 range, which is addition money rather than an afternoon's work. BuildZoom lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #196958 for the company. Check that number against the state's register at OCABR before you sign. If you are planning a gut kitchen, a finished basement or an addition and want one contractor carrying the whole job, this fits — ask first whether they take work in your town, since those permits run from Haverhill to Brookline. Then get the payment schedule and the change-order process in writing before demolition starts.
