Reviewers name the same office and crew people year after year: Patty scheduling, Paul quoting, Rob, Dave, Danny and Todd on the trucks. When the move goes to plan, customers describe careful crews. A September 2025 reviewer said nothing got dinged or broken and a tricky couch came out without trouble; a May 2026 customer praised Patty's diligence and the crew's care; in 2023 a piano was moved in under 15 minutes with the new hardwood floors protected, and a family moving aging parents from Massachusetts to Virginia said Liberty handled the walk-through, scheduling, the move itself and even a billing discrepancy responsively. A reasonable choice for a Central Massachusetts or interstate move on the Bekins network, especially with a piano or storage involved. Get the packing charges itemised in writing, walk the house with the crew lead before the truck leaves, and ask how claims for missing items are handled.
