All Pro Piano Movers

A grand piano moved 30 miles, up and down steps, and into a music room: a July 2026 Google customer described Omar and his son handling that job carefully, then coming back inside to reposition the instrument after the move. The customer said the piano still played beautifully and had not gone out of tune. All Pro Piano Movers describes itself as a Shrewsbury-based piano moving and relocation company serving New England, owner-operated by Omar Soffan. Other recent customers describe flexible scheduling and help beyond a single piano move. A June 2026 reviewer said Omar came at a convenient time and moved the piano with a helper. In April 2026, a repeat customer praised Omar, Kaya and Danny for a full house move involving a piano and family heirloom furniture, saying Omar communicated throughout and the crew handled challenging pieces. A May customer praised the team’s responsiveness, piano removal and price. Older accounts describe difficult access and piano disposal. A January 2026 reviewer recalled a move three years earlier, when the company took a Yamaha U1 down steep, narrow stairs from a third-floor Westborough apartment into a trailer without a scratch. Another January reviewer described the team navigating tricky stairs and a tight bend while bringing in a piano. In November 2025, a homeowner said Omar came the next day after their call and removed and disposed of an unwanted second-floor piano in minutes. A February 2026 customer said Omar and his son moved a grand piano into their home, adjusted its pedals and explained its workings and care. There is also a recent scheduling complaint. In April 2026, a customer said Omar missed a weekend pickup after reporting a trailer breakdown. The customer then arranged a weekday pickup, for which their husband took time off, but said Omar did not reply to confirmation messages by phone or Facebook. Google lists a 4.5-star average from 17 ratings. BBB lists an A+ grade and accreditation, with a Paxton address and a 2014 business start; the company’s website describes a Shrewsbury base and claims 25 years in business.
