They credited Kim with organizing subcontractors and providing several updates each week, and Dave with handling the details on site. The customer said the project finished on time and on budget, while also noting a minor delay caused by factors on the customer’s side. Another January 2025 reviewer described an addition and renovations to the main house and praised the result. Scheduling also mattered to an April 2025 Angi reviewer who said they had worked in architecture for more than 35 years. Lightship renovated that customer’s home on schedule, and the reviewer praised the craftsmanship and called the cost fair. A different April 2025 reviewer described a fast estimate and being fitted into the schedule quickly. In February 2025, a repeat customer said the company kept them informed of schedule changes. Google shows 4.3 stars from three ratings, while Angi shows 5 stars from 14 ratings. A December 2024 Google reviewer praised Dave’s building skills, Kim’s design eye and communication, and the outcome of construction in their home.
