Lincoln ProBuild was contracted to renovate a bathroom in the unit above ours. Lincoln's subcontractor, who was working on a weekend while Lincoln was off-site, struck an active water line. Lincoln and the unit owners could not be reached to shut off the mains for nearly 30 minutes, and our apartment was completely flooded -- triggering a gut renovation. To make matters worse, after our apartment had been gutted and restored Lincoln triggered a second major leak after he forgot to connect the P-trap in the newly renovated bathroom, causing thousands of dollars of additional damage and keeping us out of our home for longer. Additionally, now that we are moved back in it is clear that Lincoln did a poor job replacing the flooring and subflooring in the upstairs unit as the noise level between the two floors is considerably worse than it was before. I would not recommend Lincoln for any future work.
Attention to detail and consistent with good workmanship. I would definitely hire him again.
They did everything exactly as described, followed all current codes, and kept communication open at all phases of our project. If you are contemplating any type of home repair or renovation, I strongly recommend hiring a LICENSED contractor such as Lincoln. You will not regret the lack of headaches!
