Sixty-seven building permits recorded on BuildZoom, most of them in Eastham, Harwich, Truro and Provincetown: Lindera Construction has been working the Outer Cape long enough to leave a paper trail. Andy Lindera runs it out of Eastham as a sole proprietorship, and the company says it has been building homes and additions on the Cape for 25-plus years, from Chatham up to Provincetown — new houses, additions, renovations, custom decks, ADUs and sunrooms. Two of the customers who wrote about him describe not one job but a run of them. A 2022 BuildZoom reviewer listed windows, doors, a deck and flooring done over the years at their family home in Eastham, and said they trust Andy enough to leave him a key to the house. Another, writing in 2020, said he had completed several jobs on their home since 2014, all done on time and at reasonable prices, and that they had passed his name to friends and family. A Google reviewer that same month described a multi-level deck and bathroom renovations at both a home and a business, and called the work quick, clean and fairly priced. A 2019 reviewer kept it short: reliable, prices reasonable. The state registry shows Andrew Lindera holding an active Massachusetts construction supervisor licence and an active home improvement contractor registration. Separately, his Better Business Bureau profile carries an A+ grade, under a sole proprietorship the profile dates to 2000. For a Chatham-through-Provincetown homeowner planning an addition, a deck, or a renovation they want one builder to carry start to finish, this is a straightforward call. Ask for a couple of recent Outer Cape references, get the schedule in writing, and have the scope and allowances spelled out before the first day on site.
