Andy Lindera has been building additions, decks and full renovations on the Outer Cape for what his own site calls 25-plus years, running Lindera Construction out of Eastham with a North Truro mailing address. Both his Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#142941) and his construction supervisor license (CS-087349) are active and verified with the state — a level of registry confirmation smaller Cape outfits don't always have. The written record is thin but consistent, and all of it predates 2022. In an April 2022 BuildZoom review, a homeowner credited Andy and his crew with installing windows and doors, building a deck, and laying flooring on their Eastham home, and said they trusted him enough to leave him a house key while they were out. A 2020 Google review described a multi-level deck and a bathroom renovation as 'quick, clean and very fair,' and a separate 2020 BuildZoom review said jobs done since 2014 were 'expertly done at reasonable prices and on time.' Two more reviews, from 2019 and 2014, repeat the same notes: reliable, on time, fairly priced. BuildZoom's own permit records back that up with volume — 67 recorded projects, mostly around Eastham, Harwich, Truro and Provincetown — and the Better Business Bureau rates the business A+ with no complaints on file, though it isn't BBB-accredited. Worth asking about before booking: the Better Business Bureau files Lindera Construction only under 'Siding Contractors,' narrower than the general-contracting, additions and custom-home work its own site and other profiles describe, so it's worth confirming exactly what the crew handles for a given job. And the public review trail stops in 2022 — five written reviews total — so recent, first-hand feedback is limited to what Andy can share directly. For an Outer Cape homeowner planning an addition, a deck, or a fuller renovation and looking for a small, dual-licensed, owner-run crew with two decades-plus on the Cape, Lindera Construction is worth a call — just get a current scope and timeline, since the written record, while positive, is a few years old.
Andy and his Crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They have done so many projects on our family home in Eastham. Installing windows, doors, building a deck, installing flooring…the list goes on. We trust Andy so much that we leave him a key to our home and he is able to complete jobs even when we are not there. My husband who is an Engineer is extremely fussy, but is always impressed by Andy’s workmanship. Would highly recommend him for any home repairs or improvements.
We recommend Andy wholeheartedly and without reservation. Since 2014 he has completed several jobs on our home and they were all expertly done at reasonable prices and on time. Over the years we have recommended him to many friends and family and all were extremely pleased.
I had Lindera construction work on my business and home. They added an incredible multi-level deck, renovated my bathrooms, and fixed multiple issues I had at my home. He is fantastic. Quick, clean and very fair. I strongly recommend using them. you will be very glad you did!
Andy was awesome, he’s reliable and his prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.
