LKS Construction is a home remodeling contractor in Milford that says it has been in business for 10 years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence, number 201331, is active on the state registry.
On a 2026 total kitchen renovation, Luiz worked with the customer on the redesign, offering insight, ideas and recommendations, and the team cleaned up at the end of each day; that customer gave shout-outs to "our electrician, Bruno, and Jonathan" for their attention to detail. On another 2026 job, Leo advised on different directions "without steering to spend more," and the team removed all loose materials and raked the lawn afterward.
In 2025, the company finished a major home addition that included demolishing an old garage and mudroom, building a two-story addition with a new master bedroom/bath and family room, expanding the kitchen into an open-concept space and adding a new two-car garage. That project took a lot longer than originally estimated after starting in the winter, and Luiz explained delays due to weather, materials or inspections as they came up.
In 2025, Luiz and his crew finished a condo basement, adding 3 more rooms plus a full bathroom totaling "well over 700 sq." Also in 2025, Luiz walked a customer's exterior areas needing wood repair, listened, offered solutions and took photos before providing an estimate. In a 2025 review, someone who has provided design and buildable plans for LKS projects since 2018 wrote that they ran a clean, organized jobsite.
In 2024, Luis De Souza's crew handled a bonus room from framing to sheet rocking, hardwood floor installation, an HVAC connection, electrical work and finish painting, and left it spotless. Another 2024 job renovated an outdated bathroom, removing or moving some walls, building a shower and installing new lighting, outlets, switches, tile floors and a standalone soaking tub. On a 2024 bathroom remodel, they worked nearly every day and finished in 9 days, and in 2024 Luiz and Jonathan completed a new bathroom before the holidays to meet a deadline.
In 2023, Luiz and his team helped a customer through a 6 month single family home rehab project that was completed in a timely manner.
