Ll Construction

Ll Construction is a roofing outfit run by Leonard Lombardo out of East Falmouth, and its permit history is about as single-minded as they come: of the 83 permitted projects BuildZoom shows for the company, almost all are residential strip-and-reroof jobs across eastern Massachusetts, at a typical permit value near $13,900. BuildZoom also lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence, #181496, for the business. If what you need is an asphalt roof torn off and replaced on a Cape or eastern Massachusetts house, this is a shop built around that one job. Check the licence number against the state's home improvement contractor register before you sign, and get the tear-off and disposal terms, the shingle warranty and a certificate of insurance in writing.
