Longuemare David A Plumbing & Heating

I've been using Dave for years. Awesome, reliable and very friendly. I've recommended him, and he hasn't let anyone down. Dave has come quickly many times when I've had an emergency...broken pipe, no heat, etc. I recommend Dave! Nancy D Burlington

Do NOT trust this guy, I repeat do NOT trust this guy. If I could give out negative star, I would have in a heartbeat. He is easily the worst plumbers I have ever had worked with in the past. The most unprofessional person I have ever seen. If you see this message, save your some trouble, move on to someone else. - David Longuemare does NOT commit to what he promise "I will stop by at x time tomorrow" Guess what, nope he never show up. It's not late or anything, it's NEVER show up to do his job. When you have other works that need to wait for the plumbing, his absent can screw your schedule by days if not weeks. - David Longuemare does NOT communicate Things happen and I can totally understand and work with him if he provide updates in a reasonable time. But NO, he rarely return text or pick up my phone call. When he does, he simply text "I will contact you enroute". But this doesn't matter. He doesn't show up in the end anyway. So he kept my family waiting and waiting, for weeks that we couldn't go out because we were waiting for this guy who simply don't communicate about his schedule (and he doesn't follow it!). - David Longuemare DELAYS your project Yup, you already get the idea but I want to emphasis this point again. You will never get your project done with this guy. - David Longuemare has thousands of excuses to NOT do his job Maybe his excuses are legitimate, maybe not. After 10th 20th excuses to why he didn't come to my home "yesterday", how am I suppose to trust this guy? You get tire, you waste time trying to talk/text him and in the end, it's always excuse to tell you why he didn't do what he suppose to do. All in all, this is the most unprofessional plumber I have ever worked with and I regret I waited him for 2 weeks (where he barely did anything) to start looking for alternative. Never again and I strongly encourage you to go with someone else no matter the price he quote you.
