Lowe Energy Design

We are relatively new customers of Lowe Energy Design, and many of our interactions have been time-sensitive. They have been amazing every step of the way. We don’t live full-time at the home they service, yet they’ve worked on our equipment when we weren’t there, returned our calls promptly, answered our questions thoroughly, and come out incredibly quickly when we have been at the home. As remote homeowners, it can be difficult to find reliable service providers, but Lowe Energy Design treats us like long-time customers. They are extremely responsive, genuinely kind, and do excellent work. Highly recommend.

These guys are life-savers. Erik Lowe, the head of Lowe Energy, has come out to our home (some 15 miles from his workplace) to take on HVAC or furnace problems whenever they arise: no hemming and hawing, no 3-4 week wait involved. Cheryl Lowe, equally crucial to the managing of Lowe Energy Design, has kept us in the loop when it mattered, has procured the necessary replacement parts and kept her eye on their exact arrival date. And Julius--their intrepid lead repairman--has diagnosed and resolved the most intricate heating-system troubles. On our island where it is normal to be frustrated by the difficulty of securing first-rate service--where such frustration is a favorite complaint--Lowe Energy Design stands out for humane concern and reliable expertise. We couldn't do without them.

Lowe Energy Design is a very reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy group.They had previously restored the functioning of my A/C system, and more recently fixed the problem with my boiler and thermostat. I highly recommend them.

Greetings all: I had a new house built in Oak Bluffs and not even the original installers could identify and fix the problems I had with 1 of my 2 HVAC systems. Nothing gets me going like a tech crawling down from the attic telling me it's fixed, "just put your hand here; don't you feel the old air coming out". Ah no junior. There's hot air and cold air. I know the difference. After many complaints the next action plan was to rip out a wall because there must be a leak somewher Even with my limited knowledge of HVAC systems, I knew I was being led down the "path". After some fits and starts Eril Lowe stops over. As soon as he got out of his truck I KNEW the correct individual had arrived. I have a second sense for this stuff. Turned out to be a warranty repair and he has the part shipped in next day. What could have been a nightmare was a pleasant experience.
