LUCID Windows and Doors

Prompt. Courteous. Talented. Knows their business. Done well both esthetically and mechanical wise. What more can you ask...top of the line!

Very unprofessional staff. Doing windows here in NY in our apartment complex which is much needed but starting work at 7A?! Seriously 7AM l!! that’s crazy and when asked to stop the workers gave a huge problem and said they had to do this and that. Well you don’t live here so when asked to stop you stop and call your boss and ask what to do…not sit there and give people a hard time. Rude and inconsiderate. And also started calling me names because I went down and told them to come back that’s even more unprofessional. You have other residents besides myself and yes the complex owner has a part to play because no one followed the 24 hour law of NY stating this work was going to be going on! So shame on both parties for not following the law informing residents about this work 24 hours in advance.
