This is the right call for pool supplies, water-chemistry advice and routine openings, closings and liner work in the Seekonk area. Before signing for an installation or a closing, get the quote and the scope in writing up front, confirm the registration number with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs, and ask directly what happens if something needs a callback.

I’ve used this company for both opening and closing my above-ground pool, but after this year’s closing I discovered a major issue: the water started draining out under the cover until only about six inches remain. My pool has never had a leaking problem until after they serviced it. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the situation, but instead of listening to my concerns, he told me to refill the entire pool “to see if it drains again.” I explained that I didn’t want to waste money refilling thousands of gallons of water just to watch it leak out, and his response was, “it doesn’t cost that much. You live in Barrington, not East Providence,” implying that I should just be able to afford the cost. It was condescending, rude, and completely unprofessional. I also explained, as a business owner in the trades myself, that I understand callbacks can be frustrating, but we just needed help resolving the problem. Instead of working with us, he told me he would charge a service fee—despite the fact that the issue only began after they closed the pool. The owner took zero accountability and dismissed everything I said. The lack of customer service, respect, and responsibility is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional pool services.

Started using Lucky Duck last spring. Owner Anthony and manager Steve always have provided top notch service. I would not go anywhere else for my pool supplies and service.
DO NOT use this company! Anthony came to our house to provide a quote for a plunge pool. He gave us initial quote that was under previous quotes we received from other companies. We finally received the final quote after 2 weeks of false promises of sending it. It was significantly higher although we did not add any extras and actually requested a simpler model. It was obvious to us he underbid the pool initially and tried the bait and switch. I had a weird feeling about him during our first meeting and I should have backed out then. I would never recommend using them. Response: I read the response and was floored. That’s an absolute lie to try to save face. We actually chose a lesser model. Also the fact the Anthony continually said he was going to send the quote and blew us off. We signed up with another company that was way more knowledgeable and professional.
