He came out for an estimate within just a couple of days of my initial inquiry and promptly answered all of my questions via text/email. His pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. He sanded and refinished my hardwood floors, and they look absolutely amazing. I am extremely disappointed. After I had fully accepted Lucky Seven's quote and informed them of the start date, they suddenly backed out of the project simply because I asked them to confirm that the floor finish they planned to use was the specific product I had requested. It made me feel that they were not being fully transparent about the materials they intended to use. This behavior is completely unacceptable to me. It is not how a professional and reputable business should conduct itself. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

Mr. Ho and his team did an exceptional job sanding and refinishing our hardwood floor. Their excellent communication and scheduling made the process smooth, the cost was reasonable, and the result was a beautifully finished floor. Highly recommended!
