A June 2026 customer had an estimate within a couple of days of asking and got answers by text and email. Repeat business is common here — a 2025 reviewer was on their second job, and a 2022 landlord called Lucky Seven their first call for rental turnovers. The exception is sharp and recent. A June 2026 customer says that after they had accepted the quote and given a start date, Lucky Seven backed out of the project when they asked the company to confirm that the finish it planned to use was the specific product they had requested. That is the one 1★ review among the nineteen written since 2022, and it is worth taking seriously precisely because it is about the paperwork rather than the sanding. For a sand-and-refinish, a new hardwood floor or stairs in the Woburn area, this is a responsive one-crew shop with a long run of people who hired them a second time. Before you set a date, get the exact finish product you want named in the quote in writing — that is the precise point where the one unhappy job fell apart.
