Lux Renovations, LLC

Lux Renovations is a Canton-based basement remodeling specialist whose profiles describe Owens Corning finishing systems, large project volume, and work across the Boston area. Houzz lists 75 reviews at 4.9 stars and 23 projects; BuildZoom lists a score of 99 and at least 34 projects over the past three years. The company’s stated focus is basement finishing, while its directory profiles also list kitchen and bathroom remodeling, additions, and broader residential and commercial renovation. Houzz describes turnkey basement work that can include floors, walls, ceilings, insulation, heating, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and built-ins. Before booking, confirm which scope is included in the proposal and which license number applies to the work. The profiles show Massachusetts license claims and an Owens Corning dealer claim, but the public records shown here do not independently verify every credential or project detail. Lux Renovations appears suited to homeowners planning a complete basement transformation or a larger coordinated remodel. Ask for a written scope, timeline, permit responsibilities, and warranty terms before signing.
