Moises and his crew were terrific. Would highly recommend. We had them paint the exterior of our house and replace a lot of rotted wood. Moises explained the job in detail, provided estimate on time, gave suggestions on paint colors and options on how to address larger area of wood rot. He would communicate when the team would begin or when and if they weren’t going to make it on a particular day. We asked him to fix a light post in front and replace a broken gutter. It was no problem at all for him and his crew. And he gave us very reasonable price to do so. We messed up on selecting a trim color. After it was applied (2 coats), we talked to Moises and he was completely amenable to applying the new color. Of course there was a charge but it was extremely reasonable and we were very happy when it was finished. I would definitely use M&L again!!!

I hired M & L Carpentry and Painting Corp to construct a closet in my daughter's bedroom and rebuild my front porch. The owner Moises Lopez gave me a very reasonable price for both projects. We were so pleased with the final results that I end up hiring M & L for additional projects like adding lattice and a door under my deck, painting my daughter's bedroom walls & trim, installing new closet doors, sanding and staining my daughter's bedroom floor, and adding exterior venting for the roof. Moises and his guys are very nice. They did professional work that is of high quality. They were neat and cleaned up after each day's work. All of the projects were completed within about five weeks. I plan to hire M & L for additional projects in the future like building two more closets. I highly recommend Moises' company for construction and painting projects. You will be very pleased.

Our house was in need of painting and the outside shed needed to be rebuilt, so we started getting estimates. M&L Carpentry was working nearby and I called them as well. As it turned out their company did everything - painting, carpentry, powerwashing etc. I decided to hire them because they would even sand off the old paint which had always been a problem. Both the house and shed were stripped down to the bare wood which really was impressive and any rotted wood was replaced while they did the work. In the end the shed looked like new and the forty year old house siding did too. M&L does quality work and exceeded my expectations. The price was similar to others, but it included much more.

Moises was very dependable in returning the estimate and communicating the timeframe. Our work was completed today by two of his employees. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend M & L Carpentry and Painting.

M&L came recommended to us and they did not disappoint. We are very happy with the quality and thoroughness of their work.
