M&M Constructions, according to its own site, was built from the construction experience of its two owners, Marcelo and Leonardo, who say they've worked in the trade since they were young. The site describes offering painting, carpentry, doors, windows, siding, decks, porches, roofing, and sidewalk work. Roofing is where the strongest praise concentrates. An August 2025 review described a total roof replacement finished in a single day, calling it honest and efficient. A June 2024 review similarly praised exceptional roofing work at a reasonable cost. Other June 2024 reviews describe a deck project executed exactly as requested, a kitchen job praised for quality and attention to detail, and a kitchen-and-bathroom tile job by Leo that stayed on schedule and came in at a good price; two more from that month called the crew fast, agile, and organized. A September 2025 review told a different story: the customer said they asked for an estimate and were told they couldn't afford it.
