After another company left ceilings demolished for three months following ice-dam leaks, a July 2026 homeowner hired Cristian and M Dylan Carpentry to finish the repairs. The customer said Cristian responded promptly, scheduled the work within a week or two of invoice approval, and repaired the ceiling damage quickly. M Dylan’s website advertises bathroom design and remodeling, including tilework, vanities, lighting and plumbing upgrades. The company says it has 10 years in business, offers free estimates and is insured. Google lists a 5-star average from 11 ratings. Other customers describe a mix of home improvements. In April 2026, one homeowner praised a new backyard patio and replacement carpeting on their stairs. Another April reviewer, a realtor who had worked with Cristian on multiple occasions, said he completed several repairs for a client before closing and praised his punctuality and workmanship. A separate repeat customer writing that month described responsive calls and texts, reasonable costs, punctual arrivals and cleanup after the work.
Cristian and his team recently patched up our ceilings from the ice dam leaks we had last winter. We were working with another company who mitigated the leaks and demoed our ceilings, but after 3 months (demoed in April, it's now July) and repeatedly telling them we needed access to our guest room again, we sought out someone else to handle it. We found him by word of mouth. Cristian was so prompt and responsive. He scheduled us within a week or two of approving the invoice. Not only that, but he was able to quickly repair the damage. I wish I had found him sooner and look forward to working with him again for future projects.
Cristian and M Dylan took care of 2 projects for me 1. Setting up a patio from scratch in my backyard 2. Changing the carpeting on my stairs The results of the work were wonderful and the way quality shows !
I’ve known Cristian for a few years now and have had the opportunity to work with him on multiple occasions. As a realtor, I always make it a priority to have a reliable network of contractors I can confidently recommend to my clients. Recently, Cristian helped one of my latest clients complete several repairs on their home before closing, and the experience was excellent. He is kind, punctual, and delivers quality work. He comes fully equipped and, most importantly, is someone you can trust. As a realtor, I take seriously the responsibility of connecting my clients with people who truly deliver, and Cristian is definitely one of them. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of work on their property.
I have used M Dylan services multiple times for different things. Christian is very reasonable when it comes to cost. He’s very responsive to calls/texts and him and his team do a great job in taking care of business. They leave no mess behind and always on time
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality home renovation work. We’ll definitely be using them again for future projects
