Three 8-foot stockade fence posts, an appointment set that morning, the job finished the same day and the area cleaned up after: that is an April 2024 customer's entire story, and it is the shape of most of the work people describe. Another, leaving town in August 2023, said the crew came right away and was done in 30 minutes. M. Esteban Landscaping & Construction works out of Lynn, and Marco is the name customers use. Angi and HomeAdvisor both list the same three lines of work — landscaping, fencing and construction — and the company's own site says the same. The jobs written up are small, quick and specific. Gutters cleared the same day at a fair price in August 2024; gutters again, quickly, in December 2023. A fence repair in March 2023 that left the customer discussing a second project. In May 2026, a homeowner whose vinyl fence came through the winter damaged said Marco came out to give the estimate and walked through the problems and exactly what the repairs called for. Another May 2026 customer took a chance on a one-off spring clean-up and got weed whacking, mowing and detail work done in under an hour, with the crew going back over anything missed. Four customers mention what they paid, and each calls it fair or reasonable. Showing up on time comes up nearly as often, once with a note that he called ahead when he was on his way. For a fence panel, a set of gutters or a yard that has to look sharp by the weekend, this is a straightforward call — small jobs, handled fast. For anything larger under the construction heading, ask what comparable work he has done recently and get the scope and price in writing before he starts.
Took a chance on a one time Spring clean up and it really paid off! Reasonable pricing and quick response- job was done in under an hour including weed whacking, mowing and excellent detail work - they seemed to care about the end result going over anything missed - we will use them again.
I cannot recommend Marco enough! My vinyl fence was damaged over the winter, and he quickly agreed to come out to give me an estimate. He identified and explained the issues that were present, and exactly the repairs needed. He was so honest and thorough, so I asked him about extending another section of my fence. I was pleasantly shocked that he offered to come back two days later to do it all! I thought I'd have to wait for weeks! The repair looks fantastic, as he perfectly matched and fitted the new pieces to the undamaged areas, and the new extension looks and feels sturdy and perfectly even. He and the crew left the area pristine and clean. I'm saving up for some other projects like a little patio and some new plantings, and these guys will be my first call!
