Two words keep recurring in reviews of M. Esteban Landscaping & Construction: same day. A homeowner writing in April 2024 said Marco called in the morning, came that afternoon and replaced three 8ft stockade fence posts before leaving, sweeping up after himself. In August 2024 another said he cleaned the gutters the same day he asked. A customer in August 2023 was leaving town, needed it done fast, and had the crew in and out in thirty minutes. The company runs out of Bulfinch Street in Lynn and lists fencing — barbed wire, vinyl and PVC repair — alongside lawn care, mowing and sprinklers. It says it has over five years behind it, offers free estimates and warranties, and that se habla español. The fullest account is also the most recent. In May 2026 a customer described a vinyl fence damaged over the winter: Marco came out, explained which repairs were actually needed, then returned two days later to do the repair and extend a second section, matching the new pieces to the undamaged run and leaving the area clean. A second May 2026 review covers a one-time spring clean-up finished in under an hour — weed whacking, mowing and going back over anything missed. Two things are worth knowing before you call. All twelve reviews live on Angi and HomeAdvisor, which publish byte-identical copies of the same profile, so this is twelve reviews on effectively one platform rather than twenty-four across two; Google adds a single 5-star rating with nothing written. And no licence number appears anywhere — both sites carry only generic boilerplate saying licence and insurance statements are self-reported. Massachusetts exempts landscaping-only and fencing-only work from home improvement contractor registration, so for mowing and fence repair that absence is not a mark against them. For a fence repair, a spring clean-up or regular mowing on the North Shore, the accounts are consistent, specific and span four years. If your job grows into patio, stone or hardscape work, ask what registration covers it before anyone starts.

Took a chance on a one time Spring clean up and it really paid off! Reasonable pricing and quick response- job was done in under an hour including weed whacking, mowing and excellent detail work - they seemed to care about the end result going over anything missed - we will use them again.

I cannot recommend Marco enough! My vinyl fence was damaged over the winter, and he quickly agreed to come out to give me an estimate. He identified and explained the issues that were present, and exactly the repairs needed. He was so honest and thorough, so I asked him about extending another section of my fence. I was pleasantly shocked that he offered to come back two days later to do it all! I thought I'd have to wait for weeks! The repair looks fantastic, as he perfectly matched and fitted the new pieces to the undamaged areas, and the new extension looks and feels sturdy and perfectly even. He and the crew left the area pristine and clean. I'm saving up for some other projects like a little patio and some new plantings, and these guys will be my first call!

Marco was prompt to respond, was able to do clean my gutters that same day at a fair price.

He called in the morning to make an appointment. Came the same day and completed the job that day. Replaced three 8ft stockade fence posts. Excellent job and cleaned area after the job was completed. Definitely would hire them again.
