In a January 2026 review, Terry and his crew fenced in a yard for a customer's dog quickly, sending updates along the way; a December 2025 review called the company easy to work with from start to finish, with a fast site visit, a reasonable estimate, and an install date that moved up instead of slipping. Reviews from November and August 2025 add the same notes — clear explanations, quick and clean work. Not every account lines up with that. A September 2025 one-star review called the work "poor quality and unreliable" and also took issue with how the owner responded to the complaint online. Further back, two 2022 reviews describe a recurring problem rather than a one-off: one customer said fence posts rotted out after five to seven years despite being told they'd last 20, and was offered only a paid redo; another said gates on all three areas installed for them started sagging within a year, and while the company came back a few times at no charge to adjust them, the sagging kept returning.
