The company also picked up a piece of family history. A September 2025 announcement said Frazier Sheet Metal — a shop founded by Michael Frazier's grandfather — now operates under M. Frazier Construction Services, with Michael as owner and a partner, Jeff Holloran, brought in as CFO. On paper the credentials hold up. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 213828, is active and held in the company's own name rather than an individual's. BBB carries an A+ for the business, with no complaints and no government actions on file, though it is not BBB accredited and its file only opened in November 2022. BBB lists one employee. What nobody has done is write about the work. Neither BBB nor BuildZoom has a single review, and nothing turned up elsewhere. Everything above comes either from a registry or from the company's own LinkedIn. So treat this as a young, properly registered outfit whose reputation you will have to check by phone rather than online. Ask for two or three homeowners whose jobs finished this year, ask specifically whether your project is sheet-metal or general-carpentry work given the two arms of the business, and get insurance certificates in writing.
