ARM Construction turns up more often in Revere's planning coverage than on review sites. The Revere Journal has been reporting on the company's projects since at least October 2016, when it identified Rob and John Nakashian of ARM Construction bringing a project before the Zoning Board of Appeals. The company puts its own offer plainly: take a project from start to finish, or come in as a subcontractor for a single phase, for homeowners and for other contractors alike. Its filings run to residential construction in its home city — in April 2025 it went before the Conservation Commission with a notice of intent to demolish an existing structure and build a duplex, and building-permit records tie it to further residential work on North Shore Road in Revere. The closest thing to a finished-job account comes from July 2022, when the Revere Journal described the Nakashians as local developers who had finally completed a build the pandemic stalled for two years. On Google, three ratings average five stars, all of them star-only. One item deserves a direct question. SVEP Navigator, which republishes federal labor-enforcement records, reports a formal OSHA inspection of an ARM Construction, LLC in Revere that ended in two citations and $2,000 in proposed penalties, on a case it says was opened 21 May 2014. It files that record to 473 Revere Beach Parkway rather than the North Shore Road address the company publishes, so ask whether the inspection was theirs. This is a small Revere builder better documented by its permits than by its customers — a plausible call for new construction or a full build in the city, less so if you want a long homeowner review history to read first. Before signing, ask for addresses of recently finished projects and for the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration number, then confirm that number with the state.
