M. Shea Property Solutions

M. Shea Property Solutions is a two-person Revere shop — Rangel and Marisa — that took on siding, roofing and a kitchen refresh for three customers who left detailed reviews on Thumbtack in September 2024. Two of those reviews single out the price as a strong point: a customer who replaced 1980s vinyl siding with cedar shingles said the price was right, and another whose shed roof got repaired called the pricing very fair. Both also mention the pair walking through the options before starting — siding types and combinations in one case, clear explanations of the work needed in the other. A third review describes a kitchen job: new countertops, plus repainting metal cabinets and dealing with rust on them, finished with a full cleanup afterward. There isn't much of a public track record beyond these three accounts, so it's worth asking for a couple more recent references before signing on for anything sizable, especially since the business is only about two years old. For someone weighing a siding, roofing, or smaller interior job, the specifics in these early reviews — fair pricing, clear communication about options, and a clean site when the work wraps up — are a reasonable starting point, but confirm licensing and insurance directly before booking.
