Tappan Construction LLC of Greenland repaired a blue stone stairway into their home, where the space between the steps was cracking, and cleaned up the jobsite when the project was done. On a second project with Mark, a recent customer had a brick sidewalk refreshed with new polymeric sand and the brick front steps regrouted, and wrote that when Mark makes a commitment, the project schedule will be met. The company's website lists Greenland, Portsmouth, Rye, Exeter, Hampton and North Hampton as its service area. A 2022 customer said Mark and his coworker built a stone wall along their driveway, and that he started and ended as scheduled. That 2022 customer also said he matched that work in a smaller job, putting a stone step at their front door. A 2022 customer hired Mark to correct a drainage problem on their front walkway and much of the front yard, and said a heavy rain soon after the project showed the drainage problems were solved. A 2022 customer said Mark pulled out an old brick patio and walkway with a tree in the middle and turned it into a walkway and garden. A 2025 customer said Mark did plowing for them.
