Machado's Company is a Burlington, MA general contractor with a 4-star Google rating from 4 ratings. Its Massachusetts HIC licence 193783, held by Machados Construction Services LLC, is expired on the state registry. In a 2021 Google review, a customer who called for quotes on a balcony wrote that he seemed knowledgeable for the most part, though he took multiple calls during the meeting. In that 2021 account, he asked for a couple of measurements afterward, the customer sent them right away, and then texts and 2 voicemails over 2 weeks went unanswered.
I called around to get a couple quotes for a balcony on my home. He seemed knowledgeable for the most part in between him taking multiple calls at our meeting. After he left, he asked for a couple measurements which I provided immediately. Then I didn’t hear back. I texted a couple times over a week, called left 2 messages. After 2 weeks I still have not heard back. It’s nice to have so much work you feel you don’t have to be even courteous enough to even pass on a job. I think that is poor. That’s why the one star.
