Mack's Painting Power Washing & Carpentry works out of 185 Walnut Street in Lynn, and the job list on its Houzz page covers a wide span of home work: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, attic conversions, new home construction, roof replacement and repair, window and siding installation, tile and drywall. The company describes itself as over 20 years in business, and the same page lists licence number S16080. For a remodel or an addition, ask to see comparable finished jobs, and get the scope, the schedule and the price in writing. Look up S16080 on the Massachusetts licence register and ask for a current certificate of insurance before work starts.
