Nobody has reviewed it there. The profile publishes no rating, no histogram and no project count, and Houzz still shows the invitation to be the first reviewer — so there is no customer account of the work, favourable or otherwise, to weigh. The credentials are self-reported as well. The profile states license number S16080 and claims Angie's List, BBB and "many others" among its awards. None of that was checked against a state registry here; Houzz publishes it as the company entered it. If they are on your shortlist, do the checking yourself. Ask for the license number and run it against the state, ask for addresses of recent jobs in Lynn or the towns nearby, and call two of those homeowners. Nothing here argues against them — there is simply nothing independent yet to argue for them either.
