A+. Went into Magarian Rugs in Marblehead to purchase an area rug and staircase runner. Cori, the sales person I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. The rugs are extremely high quality and durable. The installers were detail oriented and professionals. Overall a great business and lightyears better than purchasing rugs at a big box store or online. Thank you!

Wow, Simply Wow! We had an almost 60-year old Turkish carpet that we wanted cleaned and after doing my online research, we decided to entrust Magarian with the care and cleaning of this heirloom carpet. We got a quote which was reasonable for the elaborate cleaning process that would be used to clean the carpet and we chose to bring in the carpet and then have it delivered once cleaned. Magarian delivered a beautiful clean carpet and offered to cut the fringes to a more manageable length, which turned out to be a great suggestion. We then decided to buy a padding to add to the comfort and that, too, was a solid decision that we have now seen is not just beneficial but feels so nice when walking on the carpet. I would highly recommend using Magarian for your rug cleaning needs, especially when you have valuable carpets that need expert care. But wait, that’s not all! We were working with Marcus who has turned out to be the most amazing and wonderful person you could hope to meet. We were in the process of moving to a new home and cautiously asked about the availability and cost of carpeting. We did not have a lot of money left for anything, after factoring the cost of closing on the house and the cost of the actual move. Marcus was so great at learning about our needs and tastes and found several different options for us and made the most tasteful recommendations. We did not have the designer “eye” to see the bigger picture and Marcus offered to come to the house to take measurements and offer his expert advice for placement of the carpets. We could not have done any of this without his guidance and designer experience. It was evident from the first minute we spoke that Marcus is passionate and cares about making his customers happy. Today Marcus and the Magarian crew came to deliver the carpets and every recommendation and choice we made turned out to be even better than we could have hoped for. The installation crew was polite, professional, friendly, respectful of our floors, and they clearly know what they are doing. In short order they brought in the carpets, laid out the padding, and placed the carpets with great precision where we wanted them. The workmanship of the team that cut the carpets to size and bound the edges is outstanding. Even the carpet with patterns was cut so all sides are even and match perfectly. And you could tell that everyone takes pride in what they do and they want the customer to be not just satisfied, but happy with their purchase and choice of carpets. We cannot say enough good things about everyone we have dealt with at Magarian. The cost of all the carpets we purchased was competitive and you will not find a better team to help you with your carpet needs. Other stores will sell you a carpet, but here we got expert advice and design service in one stop. Our home now looks beautiful, warm and inviting, with classy and tasteful carpet choices that Marcus helped us pick out. A Class Act all the way around.
