Marcos Alves founded it in 2015 as a small siding installation business and, by the company's own account, has grown it into a broader home-improvement contractor covering siding, window and door installation and general contracting for exterior renovations across more than 100 Massachusetts communities. The credentials it lists are the manufacturer kind that actually matter on a siding job. The company describes itself as a James Hardie, CertainTeed and Alside certified installer, and says its window installations are ENERGY STAR certified. Those are its own claims rather than checks made with the manufacturers. The Better Business Bureau grades the business A+ without accrediting it, puts it at nine years, names Marcos Alves as owner, and lists siding installation and repair along with window and door installation as its services. It records two Massachusetts registrations: #204634 with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations, which matches the home improvement contractor number printed on the company's own website, and a construction supervisor licence, #CSFA-106571, with the Department of Public Safety and Inspections. Neither has been confirmed against the state registry. The BBB gives the address as 12 Erie Ave in Worcester, while the company's own site describes a Charlton-based family business. Its stated service area runs west of Boston — Marlborough, Framingham, Natick, Hudson, Sudbury, Concord and a dozen towns around them. If you are having Hardie board or a full re-side quoted, this is a specialist worth a call. Ask for two or three addresses in your own town finished within the last year, ask to see current certificates for both registration numbers, and get the manufacturer warranty terms in writing alongside the labour warranty.
