Recurring house cleaning is the bulk of the work, with one-time and move-in/move-out cleans, commercial jobs, and add-ons like oven and refrigerator cleaning. Google shows a 5.0 average across 100 ratings, and the written history runs back to 2021. People stay: one customer wrote in July 2025 that they were four years in, another in May 2025 that she had tried other services over two years and kept coming back. Scheduling is the other thing they raise — a July 2026 customer described a weekly clean dialled up or down depending on the week, and an August 2024 reviewer mentioned being told early when the schedule had to shift, plus a second visit on the rare occasion something needed redoing. Deep cleans are worth planning if you want the extras. An August 2025 customer added the refrigerator and stove to a deep clean and singled the result out, and a December 2022 review describes a two-storey house done down to the nooks and crannies before the household switched to monthly upkeep. One account runs against the rest. In May 2023 a customer said the company started service at their property, then called the same day to cancel and said it could not service them any more, with no reason given. For a recurring cleaner in the Wakefield–Melrose–Reading belt — particularly in a house with pets, which come up often enough that one Pro turned up with cookies for the dog — this is a steady choice.
