Viviane's Cleaning & Restoration Inc

Viviane's Cleaning & Restoration is a Wakefield, Massachusetts family business — owners Marcus and Vivian say they started as a house cleaning service in 2002 and later built out a separate water damage restoration side, and today the company also handles mold remediation, post-construction cleanup and hoarding cleanup across Essex and Middlesex counties. The reviews on file lean toward the hardest jobs a cleaning company takes on. In a 2022 review, a client described Marcus and his team clearing a grandmother's house after 20 years of hoarding, top to bottom, until it 'looked brand new.' A separate 2022 review, far more detailed, described Marcus handling a sewage leak, mold, and hoarding-level clutter in a condo while also looking after the reviewer's pet birds — taking them to vet appointments and housing them himself during mold removal — and checking in with progress photos while the reviewer recovered from a hospital stay. In a 2025 review, the most recent on file, a client praised a fast, thorough job that included mold abatement and some unrequested bathroom improvements. A 2024 review described a basement cleaning where the crew noticed and replaced a couple of burnt-out lights at no extra charge. The company's own site also claims an A+ Better Business Bureau rating — that's the company's account of it rather than something verified here. For anyone facing the kind of situation that goes beyond a routine tidy-up — mold, hoarding, water damage — this is the profile: reviewers keep pointing to the company taking on messes other cleaners would turn away, with attention that in at least one case extended well past the cleaning job itself.
