Mairink was recommended by a contractor neighbor who uses Robert for his own projects. Robert understood what we wanted, found several issues during his inspection that previous roofers had not noticed, and still came in with a competitive proposal including full coverage water+ice, a relocated vent(preparing for solar panels), and even leaf guards for the gutters at cost. It took several days, but each day's work was complete in itself leaving the roof intact every night when they left. Could not ask for a better experience and we love the new color.
