Four bids came in on a roof in August 2025, and the homeowner gave the job to Titanium Construction: a total strip, new plywood over a 111-year-old roof, finished in ten hours. The line that review ended on was about the cleanup — "The yard looks like they were never here." Titanium is a design-build remodeling and general construction company at 130 Morris St in Revere, working across Greater Boston; its own site lists kitchens, bathrooms, decks, basements, roofing, flooring, masonry and painting, and its Houzz page gives a service area of 17 Greater Boston towns. Roofs carry the most detailed accounts. A homeowner with a leaking roof in February 2022 said they had made many calls and few companies were even available; Titanium did the job without delay. Two September 2021 reviews cover roof replacements, one on a home in Lynn, and both credit fast responses. Seven reviews from 2021 and 2022 name Ben. A December 2021 master bathroom remodel calls him the project manager and describes him answering questions as they came up; another master bath that month credits him with managing the team and keeping the household posted on progress and delays. He answered quickly on an April 2022 garage foundation repair on a cliff lot, where the crew showed up on time, and a residential real-estate agent writing in February 2022 said Ben and his team helped their clients work out what renovations were possible and a ballpark budget from a quick walk-through. The bigger jobs are there too: an August 2022 room addition with a complete kitchen remodel on a cape, a January 2023 extra room built out inside a business, a three-season deck with a full screen enclosure in December 2021, and a July 2025 deck built from a Pinterest photo the customer handed them. In January 2026, a homeowner whose plumber referred them after a leak hit two units and the basement wrote that Titanium "more than lived up to it." Thirteen of the eighteen reviews were written in 2021 and 2022, so most of this detail describes work from a few years back. Two customers wrote about problems. The October 2025 one is the sharper: a Thumbtack customer said they regret hiring the crew, that the company over-promised and under-delivered on painting two rooms and a bathroom plus a front storm door and a replacement screen, and that the initial work was poor enough they did not go ahead with the rest of the project. Thumbtack's summary of that review adds a disputed refund and paint on the customer's carpet, and seven percent of its 28 Thumbtack ratings are one star. In October 2022, someone who emailed for a quote got two messages a week apart, each asking for their availability for a call. A September 2021 flood repair — full floor replacement and repaint — drew four stars, with the customer noting hiccups with subcontractors along the way and a quick return home. Titanium is a straightforward call for a roof replacement, a deck, or a whole-bathroom remodel — the jobs customers describe in the most detail. For smaller finish work like interior painting or a door, settle the scope and the refund terms in writing before anyone starts, and ask when the quote will actually land; that is where both one-star reviews began.
This company came highly recommended by my trusted plumber after I experienced a major water leak affecting my second unit, first-floor unit, and basement. I was extremely grateful for the referral and Titanium more than lived up to it. Titanium quickly identified and stopped the source of the leak, then handled everything from remediation and treatment to repairs and a full bathroom renovation. What truly impressed me was how efficiently they completed this massive scope of work, all while both units remained occupied. That level of coordination and professionalism is rare. Communication throughout the project was excellent. They provided a well-organized project dashboard that managed payments, daily log reports, and photo/video documentation of progress. While I would have liked the daily logs to be a bit more regimented, the transparency and access to updates were still top-notch. The project manager did an outstanding job guiding me through every step, coordinating finishes, and offering high-quality advice along the way. The entire process felt organized, thoughtful, and client-focused. I would absolutely work with Titanium again for future projects and capital improvements. Thank you, Chris, for a great experience!
I honestly regret hiring Christian and his crew. He over promised and under delivered. The initial work was so bad, that I didn't proceed with the entire project. I had him paint two rooms and a bathroom. He also installed a front storm door and a replacement screen for my back patio. Nothing was done correctly. When providing the estimate Christian stated that he could do the work in a day. The day turned into three with him and his crew coming back today to fix everything that was wrong. After spending the entire day at my home, my front door frame has holes in it, the handle to the screen door is messed up, and portions of the bathroom are still not done properly. This is not the work of a professional contractor. The whole situation screams amateur hour. I paid him over $2,800. That includes portion of the work that I canceled. He was aware in Friday that he owed me a refund and failed to issue it today. I strongly do not advise hiring him for any projects. You will be extremely frustrated and disappointed. Not to mention that his crew got paint on my carpet AFTER I showed Christian the initial paint his crew dropped. One would think that they would take precautions to not get more paint on the carpet. Unfortunately they did not and now I have spots of paint on my carpets. If I could give zero stars I would.
This company was my choice out of 4 bids. Best decision I ever made. The roof looks beautiful, they worked very hard and completed a total strip and laid down plywood over the 111 year old roof in 10 hours. The cleanup was awesome. The yard looks like they were never here.The crew was awesome, and very professional. All done in 1 day. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend LTC to anyone. Thanks James and Louis!!
