Manning Enterprizes Headquarters

In October 2025 a Google reviewer who couldn't find anyone to take on tile and plumbing repairs in their bathroom wrote that Jabez fit them in despite a very busy schedule. He cut and put in missing floor tiles, replaced damaged wall tiles, rebuilt the flooring to make it level and installed a new 17" toilet. Over time sewage gas kept seeping into the room; another plumber traced it to the plastic bolts that came with the toilet, and the reviewer called the install otherwise perfect. In March 2025, with back surgery coming up, a reviewer called Manning Enterprizes about crumbling concrete exterior steps. Jabez quoted a wooden staircase, then reworked the quote for a ramp and kept it within the original price. The crew completed the work well within the time frame he had given and came back a couple of times to touch up minor things he had noticed at completion; the reviewer wrote that Jabez bent over backwards to get the project completed before the surgery date. In October 2024 a reviewer wrote that Jabez worked on their chimney and roof and called the company very responsive and professional. A June 2024 reviewer had used the company several times for flooring, painting and carpentry projects; the detailed quotes first seemed a bit more expensive than competitors, but that reviewer wrote that the crew repaired small, necessary matters without additional charges and finished when they said they would. In August 2023 another reviewer described several jobs over the years on a 200-year-old house, with multiple options and suggestions offered each time. In September 2026 a Google reviewer called the company professional, reliable and reasonable. Based in North Windham, Connecticut, it holds an active Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0653469, under Manning Enterprizes. Its own site lists accessory dwelling units, additions and renovations, new homes, electrical work, painting and handyman services.
