The word homeowners keep reaching for with Mario's Tile Construction is precision. A 2025 customer described the cuts and the final look as exactly what they had hoped for, and that is the job this East Boston outfit gets called for — tile that has to land right. It works out of 148 Wordsworth Street and covers Greater Boston. Angi's profile lists six years of experience and Spanish-speaking service, and the company's own site describes a broader residential remodeling business: kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom renovations, flooring, painting and exterior work. The written history runs from spring 2025 into June 2026 — fifteen ratings on Angi and seven on HomeAdvisor, all of them five stars. In an October 2025 review, a homeowner had kitchen tile installed to a layout Mario's crew suggested from their own experience. A December 2025 customer wrote that the installation finished on time, at a fair price, with everything left neat. He also gets hired back for work that is not tile. A January 2026 review describes a bathroom upgrade that took in a damaged wall and a new bannister. One from September 2025 covers a half-bath demo, then a later return to replace screened-porch posts, rotted wood, a door and lattice. A 2025 reviewer had a countertop installed and said they would hire him again for stone work. Pricing comes up as reasonable in reviews from both 2025 and 2026. Two things to settle before booking. The two profiles disagree on warranties: Angi's lists none offered, while HomeAdvisor's says warranties are available — so get the terms for your own job in writing. Angi also lists no emergency service, which matters if the call is a leak behind the tile rather than a planned install. Both profiles list free estimates. For a bathroom or kitchen floor, a stone counter, or a tiled wall where every cut shows, this is a small shop whose customers keep describing the same careful finish. Ask about warranty terms and pin down a start date when the estimate comes.
Very happy with Mario Tiles. Reasonably priced and beautiful work.
Mario upgraded our bathroom, repaired a damaged wall and installed a bannister. Mario was very hard working, had really good attention to detail, he was very communicative and respectful of our design ideas and our house during the construction process. He is very skilled at what he does and we will definitely hire him again for other projects.
Mario was amazing and a pleasure to work with. His renovation zig our bathroom was truly outstanding, and we thank him for his vision, work ethic, and terrific skills.
Really happy with our tile installation. Mario was easy to work with and was very communicative throughout. Charged a fair price and paid great attention to detail. Project looks fantastic. He finished on time and kept everything neat. Would definitely recommend Mario for any projects.
