The cost and scheduling estimates were accurate and within my budget. The crew did a great job keeping the site tidy. The quality of the refinishing exceeded my expectations. The job was completed on time and before the Holiday. I would this recommend this company to my neighbors.

I have used Mark several times to restore hardwood floors at my properties. These old Victorian hardwood floors (yellow pine, I think) had tons of patterns in them and needed much love. Once Mark was done with them, they shined as if they are brand new. He and his crew have went above and beyond to the point that I don’t even call around anymore. We are thrilled with Mark's work and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is prompt, reliable, and does a spectacular job. Mark recently refinished the oak floors in three rooms of our 30-year-old home. A previous owner had stained two of the three rooms very dark. Mark removed the threshold between the family room and kitchen (see pics), filled the gap, and finished the floors to a light and uniform hue. You would never know they had been different colors and different rooms. Our friends think we had new floors installed! Our dining room (also once stained dark) is equally beautiful.

Mark was extremely professional. His communication was excellent. His projection for the time needed for the project was clear and exact. Our floor was an original linoleum which needed demolition then installation of new hard wood. The room abutted two other rooms and a hallway, done in two different woods and with older finishes.Mark protected our house during the demo, quickly removed the old flooring and then installed a beautiful hardwood floor.He returned for three additional days to apply three coats of oil base finish. His skilled installation blended in with all the abutting floors! The new floor transformed our kitchen. Mark's obvious experience and skill were evident through every step of this project, from our first informational contact to the finish on day three! We love our floor! Everyone who sees it asks who did the work and have been very impressed by the installation and finish. We are on Mark's list for another project this fall. We feel very fortunate to have found his company and would highly recommend Mark and his work.
