Massbuild Contractors

Beware. Everything seemed great up front until we signed the contract. Then, the attitude changed. We had two projects with him at the same time, and both went sideways. He didn't keep the timeline, switched up what he said he would do, and communication was a nightmare. He repeatedly no showed, and then tried to rush all work in one day, which even we knew wasn't possible or an industry standard. These delays and disregard for the schedule caused downstream delays in other services we had lined up. On one of the projects, he offered to paint (which we weren't ready to do) at no added cost if we supplied materials. We went and got everything, he threw on a coat of primer then left saying it wasn't in the contract so he didn't have to do it. Why offer and have us buy additional materials to not follow through? Finally, the work looked worse than DIY. Visible tape lines, tons of lumpy and bubbly joint compound in the corners. It has taken me months to write this review because the entire process was so incredibly stressful I didn't want to re-live it, but I do want to prevent others from going through the same.

I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my deck! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. The final result looks beautiful and sturdy … it really elevated the whole space. Everything on time and with quality.

I am very pleased by the work done by MassBuild contractor. Their attention to details of each work was excellent. They are professional in their approach n are quick to spot any defects! I would strongly recommend MassBuild for home improvement projects, Mike is a professional in any work that requires painting, installing new laminate flooring or repairs to an old or new house.

Mike did an excellent job in renovating our condo, fixing walls, painting, installing new baseboards. He is very professional, reasonable price and his work exceeds my expectations in terms of quality.
