I absolutely loved working with John. He was so delightful to work with and in general! He understood our desires to keep the budget as low as possible. I would use them for any job in the future not just floors!
We John on 11/01/25 to do hardwood from carpet on 1200 sq ft area in our house along with hardwood on stair case and resanding some areas where hardwood exists. He is very prompt in responding and immediately ordered the material so he can start work this week. my experience is very good so far.
We were on a very quick time crunch because we needed to move into our new home. John was super accommodating, he even came on a holiday weekend to start the floors. The floors look beautiful and we are so grateful that John and his team were willing to come on the weekends to finish up so that we could move in on time. John is very responsive over text, super reliable and very knowledgeable. We would hire again and will definitely share his information with anyone who needs to have their floors refinished!
