The same source lists $2,000,000 of liability cover and $500,000 of workers compensation. Two things deserve a direct question. In August 2025 the company filed a violation permit in Malden to bring a deck extension around an on-ground pool into code compliance after the work had been done without a permit. That is the most recent thing on file about them, and it is worth asking how it came about and how it was resolved. Second, the written customer record stopped in January 2022 — every one of the nine reviews dates from 2020 to 2022, none carries an individual star rating, and one of them is from a property investor describing three years of work across his and his partners' properties and recommending them for flips, which is a repeat commercial relationship rather than a homeowner's single job. Worth noting on fit: the permit trail runs through Waltham, Somerville, Malden, Milton, Brookline, Belmont, Burlington, Westford, Revere and Falmouth. There is no North Shore work on file at all. For a Greater Boston homeowner wanting a kitchen, an attic conversion or a roof from a small family outfit, this is a credible option — ask about the Malden violation, ask for a job finished in the last year, and check both licence numbers with the state before signing.
