Martin's Aluminum Products

Martin's Aluminum Products says it has been family-owned and based in Southbury since 1961, installing roofing, vinyl siding and seamless gutters across Western Connecticut. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. A recent customer who has lived in Southbury for more than 25 years said the company has cleaned their gutters annually, handled gutter and downspout repairs, and recently replaced the gutter screens; that customer named the owners as Kathie and Chip, with their sons Tim and Dan. A recent customer said the company sided their house and attached garage and installed wider gutters, and that Tim was responsive and helped with the selection. A recent customer said Tim came out to quote new siding and made sure they understood the entire process. A 2025 customer said the company replaced their garage capping and matched the colors. A 2024 customer said the company had done their gutters for more than a decade and moved quickly during an emergency tied to heavy rains and flooding, carrying out what their plumber suggested. A 2023 customer texted a photo of damaged window framing, got a quote the same day, and said the company came out the very next day to complete the project and cleaned up afterward. A 2022 customer said the company could tackle a roof job they had thought impossible and cleaned gutters too high for their own ladder. A recent customer said a gutter was installed wrong from day one and never worked properly, leading to rotten deck boards, and that the company refused to repair it. A 2025 customer said they received a quote, then called numerous times over 6 weeks to book the job and left messages with no response. A 2022 customer said the company never showed up for a scheduled look at the job and did not reply to emails. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0638658, as active, held by Martin's Aluminum Products LLC.
