As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better inspector, Omar went above and beyond! He accommodated my short notice scheduling request and even showed up early, giving him time for an even more thorough walkthrough before going through everything with me. He explained every item he inspected in plain English so I actually understood what he was checking. On top of that, he gave me a hands-on crash course on home maintenance, teaching me things like how to shut off the water supply, safely open the fuse box, and cut power to the whole house. He also followed up afterward to make sure I understood everything in the report. That level of care gave me real confidence heading into closing. I can't recommend Omar enough, he gives 10/10 service!
