Morrison Home Inspection

Three reviews spread over five years, every one of them five stars, and every one of them about the same man: Kevin. Morrison Home Inspection works out of Needham and does one thing — inspecting houses for the people about to buy them. The most recent, posted in July 2026, describes an inspector who walked the buyer through the house as he went, answered questions along the way, and had the written report back the same day. A 2022 reviewer put numbers on that: three hours on site covering electrical, structure, roof, pests and plumbing, then a walkthrough of how to maintain the heating and hot water systems, with the report arriving the next day. In 2021 a realtor of twenty years called him her first call, and noted he goes up on roofs himself rather than working from the ground. What this does not come with is volume. Three written reviews across five years, all on Google, is a short history — enough to see a consistent way of working, not enough to say how he handles a job that turns contentious. Nobody has posted a complaint. A good call if you want an unhurried inspection with the inspector explaining as he goes and the report in your hands within a day. Confirm the price, the turnaround and exactly what the inspection covers when you book, and ask whether your roof is one he will walk.
