Brianna and her K9 partner were great. Brianna came in without her dog first, explained the process and was very thorough with every explanation. She then brought her dog in and watching them work was great. Her K9 alerted to a spot in my ceiling that ended up being mold from an older roof leak. Her dog alerted on the ceiling from the floor, which was extremely impressive. Also, some mold was detected around the washer and was quickly cleaned after the inspection. Very happy with the service and quality of the dogs skills.
