In late June alone, one buyer said Ted Zawalick handled a pre-purchase inspection thoroughly, answered questions, and sent the follow-up report within hours; another said Brandon explained details clearly to a future landlord and that the final report was easy to use; several others described Frank, Nico, Kevin, Tom, Jeff, Keith, Sean, John Brady, Ralph, Ray, and Marc as thorough, early, or patient while walking first-time buyers through the house and its systems. Before booking, ask who your assigned inspector will be, whether they expect any access limits such as crawl spaces, what is and is not covered in the inspection, and when you should expect the written report and any add-ons like radon testing.
