Had a water leak from HVAC. Mast responded same day. Jacob was fast, friendly and professional. Explained and fixed the issue.

Great experience! We called them on a Saturday night and the tech was at our house within 20 minutes. He had the parts in his truck to fix our AC in a pretty low-cost way and didn’t recommend any costly repairs (like system replacement) which we were happy about since our unit is 20+ years old. Skilled trustworthy techs, I would call again!

The Technician named Deigo had come to diagnose the problem with AC unit. Did an incorrect diagnosis and said there was a leak, and the Freon levels are low, and the AC unit will require replacement. Charged me $125. Later, I had another company come and do the diagnosis and they said, your Freon levels are normal, instaed you may have a blockage in the screen of the copper tube that delivers the Freon to the compressor coils for cooling. When I called the company to refund the technician charge of $50 they said we will only refund $30 since the technician spend time to take pictures of the unit for replacement. My question is if an unethical and improperly trained technician gives wrong diagnosis and due to which he spends time doing irrelevant work, why should I pay? I will think twice before hiring MAST as contractors.

Exceptional service, no nonsense. One year after mast installed our furnace and after moving our house 45 minutes away a power outage triggered a safety feature on our furnace to prevent damage. This left us without heat on a Saturday in a new county half the area recovering from weather damage and in a panic. Within 2 hours of our call our heat was restored. Serviceman was friendly and professional and explained the issue and how to fix if it happened again. This was a major operation for us to get rid of a 50+ year-old oil, furnace, which came with this old country home. When the guys came from Mast and company, they were on a mission. They were organized efficient, Cleaned up after all was said and done, and we were up and running in four or five hours. That’s with a Trane air conditioning unit also. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed Help with their home heating and air conditioning.
