Master Gutters Service

Master Gutters Service is a Lexington-based gutter contractor — installation, repair, replacement, cleaning, maintenance and inspection — serving a wide swath of towns from Cambridge and Boston out to Lowell and Framingham. The company describes itself on its own site as licensed and insured, though the state registry currently shows its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, held by Master Gutters Installation Service Inc., as expired. Aside from that, the written record is deep and consistently strong: 43 reviews from 2023 to 2026 across eight sources, holding a 4.9-star Google average, a 4.3 on Thumbtack, and a perfect 5.0 on Angi. Reviewers repeatedly mention getting before-and-after photos of the work, prompt scheduling, and reasonable pricing. Specific jobs described include installing seamless gutters with a leaf-guard screen system, resealing leaking seams with silicone, and reattaching gutters that had separated from a wall. One 2024 review is worth noting for how it was handled rather than for what went wrong: a customer described a "hiccup" on one project, and said the company proactively flagged the issue and worked out a plan to fix it — the reviewer credited the team with integrity and follow-through. BBB carries the company at an A+ grade. It also lists itself as a Lexington Chamber of Commerce member and part of the HomeAdvisor Network. Given the gap between the company's own "licensed and insured" claim and the state registry's current expired status, it's worth confirming directly that the license has been renewed before signing a contract — otherwise, the review record here is one of the deeper and more consistently positive ones for gutter work in the Lexington and MetroWest area.
