Mastroelli Construction

Mastroelli Construction is a Methuen remodeling contractor run by John Mastroelli, with seven permitted residential jobs between 2008 and 2022 in Methuen, Danvers, Beverly and Peabody. The mix is a general remodeler's: additions, bathroom and living-room rebuilds, decks, a reroof, and a handicap ramp. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #127834, and a construction supervisor licence, #CS-072519, under the company; look both numbers up on the state's registers yourself before you sign anything. Its BuildZoom profile also offers kitchen, bathroom, basement and whole-home remodeling and additions. A fit for a homeowner who wants one builder for an addition or a room taken back to the framing, in the Methuen–North Shore stretch. Ask John which of those earlier jobs is closest to yours, whether he pulls the permits himself, and get the schedule, allowances and payment milestones written down before work starts.
