Three reviews is thin ground, so treat the rating as provisional rather than proven. One thing to clear up before booking. BuildZoom prints the same licence number, 21069, twice — once as an active Massachusetts electrician licence and once, under its own "License Not Verified" heading, as a master electrician licence it last saw expiring in July 2016. That is the directory contradicting itself, not a finding about him, and it is exactly the sort of thing worth checking directly. If you have an older North Shore home and want an electrician who will explain the work as he goes, he fits that description. Ask him for his current licence number and confirm it with the state's electrician board, and get the scope in writing for anything beyond a service call.
