Mayers Enterprise LLC

Simeon Mayers runs Mayers Enterprise from Beech Street in Holyoke, and the work spans the outside and the inside of a house both: roofing and siding, windows and doors, landscaping, remodeling and general contracting for residential and commercial customers. Two things here are verified rather than claimed. The company's Massachusetts minority business enterprise certification, from the state Supplier Diversity Office, is active and runs to June 2029. And the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #159431, is active on the state registry, held in Simeon Mayers's own name. The written accounts are few and consistent. A customer in February 2024 had two bathrooms remodelled and a third one built in the attic, and wrote that the results came out better than expected and that Mayers offered plenty of ideas along the way. A client in April 2023 described a home renovation handled start to finish by a reliable team. BBB, which grades the business A+ without accreditation, shows three more customer reviews with no dates attached, one of them from a condominium association describing repeated work over several years. BBB also records the business as started in 2012 and incorporated as an LLC in 2021, with Simeon Mayers as president, and lists a construction supervisor number, CS-084909, alongside the registration - the directory's own listing rather than a registry check. One practical note: the company's website gives no street address, names no owner and carries no licence number; its testimonials are unsigned and undated, and one service block still shows the template's Latin filler text. What is worth relying on sits on the state registry instead. For a roof, siding, or a bathroom remodel around Holyoke, Springfield and the Pioneer Valley - and for a commercial buyer with a supplier-diversity requirement - this is a registered and certified contractor. Ask for two or three recent customers in your own town and a written scope before the work starts.
