The service area it advertises runs from Great Barrington to Gardner, which is a wide claim for a Holyoke shop. The bureau also records a Construction Supervisor licence number, CS-084909, but that is the directory's record rather than something confirmed against the state. For roofing or a bathroom in the Holyoke and Springfield area, the active state registration and the repeat condominium work are real reasons to call. Ask for the CSL to be confirmed with the state, get the HIC number written into the contract, and pin the scope down on paper.
